No Dating - More Abba & Daughter Time....

I have decided that I won’t be dating, talking and spending time with anyone for however long I’m led to do so. The reason being is because doing it my way isn’t working and I don’t think this the season for me to date AT ALL. I have so many things I want and need to do before I get back into a serious relationship. This is a season of transitioning in devoting more of my time to God as to where I take on new titles I will know how to juggle life, the visions He has given me and bettering myself as a whole.

I’ve put off so many things to devote my life to my graduate program as to where all I want and need to do is just get back to the basics. Get back to reading my bible more, journaling, and reading books that pertain to my purpose, producing good fruit, and finishing what I started.

I’ve learned a lot in the past two years that I’m so grateful for everything that I had to face and seen. But all in all, the main important thing is building a strong foundation with God as to where I can truly have Him in the center of my life and anything and anyone that comes my way must have those things in place. There will not be things that I’m willing to negotiate on because that just means it’s just not meant to be…and that’s okay.

Lastly, a great gem that was shared unconsciously was that if the person that I’m supposed to be in a relationship with doesn’t already have the values and morals I possess and strive to live by in place prior to getting to know one another, introducing my desire isn’t going to work for the purpose it wasn’t something that they have already adopted but something merely because it is a desire that I have and that’s not something I’m aiming for.

I challenge you ladies to join me for however long God leads you to do so.
